WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE STUDIO?

No, in the craft studio all work made is paid in advance of the piece started to be build (include piece and shipping).

ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED IN PRICES?

No, the shipping costs are by customer's expense. When the email is sent with the information of the order adjudication will be mentioned the value of the shipping of the order and the price of the piece.

I LIVE IN LISBON, IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN HAND?
