WHAT PRODUCTS DO THEY DO?
All the pieces that are found on the products menu of the site are produced; among other things – products for babies, photo albums, boxes, frames, files among many other options.
ARE THE PRICES ALL EQUAL?
No, the prices of the various pieces vary depending on the material selected for the production of the same. But on the page of each type of gift are presented the respective prices according to the selected material.
WHAT MATERIAL OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE TO PRODUCE THE PRODUCTS?
It has 7 different categories of materials, but they boil down to 5 different price categories; since there are 2 different materials that are encompassed two options in each of these price options.
HOW MANY TIMES IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO ORDER?
The gifts, it is usually necessary 3 weeks between the order and its conclusion and consequent sending to the customer.
CAN I MAKE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
All orders must be kept with the information recorded in writing, for the crat studio to have the record of all the orders and how they were requested by the customer.
HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
You should fill out the website form on the first page and in the subject field say the products you want to purchase and the selected material / materials. All orders will then be confirmed by the craft studio with the sending of an email informing the availability of the selected material as well as with all the data to be made the payment of the same.
HOW IS THE ORDER PAYMENT MADE?
Payment of all orders (plus shipping costs) is always done by bank transfer, the information of the NIB is provided to the customer when sending the email with the information of the total of the order.
WHEN DO YOU START PRODUCING MY PRODUCT?
From the date of receipt of proof of payment of the order.
I NEED A GIFT, BUT THE DEADLINE BETWEEN THE ORDER AND THE DELIVERY DATE IS LESS THAN 3 WEEKS, CAN THE CRAFT STUDIO MAKE ME PRODUCT?
Yes, you should contact the craft studio about availability for the production of the desired product and if so, you will be added to the value of the piece an emergency fee.
I HAVE TO BUY A GIFT, BUT I HAVE NO IDEAS TO HOW TO COMBINE / ASSEMBLE THE SAME, THE CRAFT STUDIO HELPS ME TO DO THIS TASK? THIS HELP HAS SOME COST?
Yes, the craft studio helps all clients who need help to combine materials and make it real. It does not have any cost for the client, the help that the craft studio provides in the conception of the present that is to be bought. This help is only given to the people who will order products in the craft studio.
I CAN NOT PRE-VISUALIZE HOW CAN I GET THIS PRODUCT WHEN I GOT TO ORDER? BUT WILL I LIKE THE SAME?
The studio already has almost 17 years of experience designing and producing gifts for the most varied clients, so whenever necessary, we can take a photo of all the materials together, so you can preview it. As for the fear of not liking it after it's ready, I'm sure you'll like it. Throughout almost 17 years of business, a customer never told the craft studio that she/he did not like a gift bought in the craft studio or that it is not the same have been ordered.
DID I MAKE A PRESENT IN THE PAST (A FEW YEARS AGO), I LIKED TO DO MORE LIKE THAT NOW, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, since the materials that were used in the production of them are still part of the portfolio of materials with which the studio works. In case there is any material that cannot be arranged, a solution / option will always be presented based on the idea of the first gift produced.
I NEED A GIFT FOR A CERTAIN DATE (AND I HAVE THE TERM 3 WEEKS), HOW CAN I GUARANTEE I RECEIVE THE DATE I WISH?
The craft studio works with a national carrier. And it has a contract with it, in which it undertakes to deliver the orders in two different terms; you have the option of the next business day after delivery to the carrier (24 hours) or the option of 2 days (48 hours) after delivery of the order to the carrier. In such cases, customers must indicate the date on which they wish to receive the order and that date will always be fulfilled by the craft studio and it will be ensured that the order is delivered on the date intended by the carrier to the customer. You will be given the guide number and the customer can make the Track & Trace of your order on the website that will be indicated to the customer in the email to inform of the sending of the order.
DO YOU EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
No, because all the gifts are customized according to the tastes of each customer, therefore, exchanges of purchased parts are not accepted. Only in cases where the piece has arrived damaged to the customer (for shipping by the carrier) but that in all these years of activity never happened because the studio is very careful to pack all the pieces so that they do not get damaged in the transport.
CAN I RETURN THE PRESENT WHICH I GET AND BE REIMBURSED OF THE VALUE OF THE SAME?
No, because all the gifts are customized according to the tastes of each customer, therefore returns of purchased parts are not accepted.
