Return Policy & Turnaround
Refunds/Credits are strictly for packages that arrived damaged. Please provide pictures to email@example.com with subject line “damaged goods” within 3 days of the package's arrival. Requests made later than 3 days will be automatic store credit if approved. Request more than one week after package arrival will be denied. Approved claims will have refunds or store credits processed promptly. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days. Store credit will arrive immediately. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What are our wholesale options?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line Wholesale. Include list of items you want in bulk and when you need them. We are small batch orders need to be placed 2 months in advance or more depending on the size of your order. Once production of your order has begun you cannot cancel your order. We do not make custom items for wholesale at the moment, you must choose from our catalog.
We ship using USPS for all orders. Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and where it is being shipped. Are shipping is caulcuated by USPS by region each region has option of free shipping after meeting a mininum subtotal after discounts. The minimum varies by region and range from $50 minimum to $70. If a coupon drops your shipping below the required free shipping subtotal shipping will not be free.
Do we make custom orders?
In short, no. This is an option we would like to explore in the future for a few but not all items.
Do we ship internationally?
Due to Covid-19 we currently only ship to the U.S.

No Minimum Order
We do not require a minimum dollar amount for orders. Promotions may require minimum dollar amounts or purchase quantities to qualify for promotional pricing or products.
Order characteristics such as size, weight and distance will determine the method for delivering your order. Orders will ship via courier, parcel services or motor freight as selected by Customer at the time the order is placed. Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed to Customer prior to order completion and collection of payment. All shipping fees are charged at the time the order is placed and are considered final.
If a shipping rate is quoted incorrectly due to typographical error on your part (IE: you enter incorrect zip-code), we shall have the right to refuse, adjust or cancel the applicable order whether or not the order has been confirmed or whether or not payment has been remitted. We shall make every reasonable effort to meet your specified delivery date, but in no case shall we be liable to you if we are unable to meet such date.
If you have made an error in entering your desired shipping address and wish to change it you must request and order cancellation and re-order with the proper address. We will not adjust the address for you. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been marked fulfilled. Are postage is printed through our carrier and the information is a direct transfer from what you the customer enters upon placing an order. You are solely responsible for insuring that all shipping information is correct.
Risk of loss
Pea Pod Pixie Gift Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered the responsibility of the package moves from us the seller to you the buyer. For an additional $2.65 per order and by request only we can upgrade your postage to signature release to help avoid packages being pirated.
If your package becomes lost, only packages shown in transit and not marked as delivered are lost, we will give you the option of refund or reshipping your products. If items are out of stock we can refund individual products or offer substitutes.
