HOW MUCH ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT THE CRAFT STUDIO FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF A JOB FOR A PARTY?


Ideally, you should not know that you are going to have a party and you want the work to be done by the craft studio, you should contact the craft studio of that intention (to ensure that the craft studio reserves that date and that are advised that will have this work to be developed for the client).




HOW CAN I SEE THE TYPE OF WORK AND STYLE DEVELOPED BY CRAFT STUDIO IN THE AREAS OF THE PARTIES?


This information can be consulted on the website on the Services page, where you will find the links to the different pages of the type of pieces that the craft studio produces for Baptisms, 1st Communions and Weddings and on these pages you will find the different portfolios of each type of the piece and where it has the various models produced by the studio and the respective prices.




I WANTED MY PARTY TO BE UNIQUE, IS IT POSSIBLE?


Yes, it is possible can be developed a whole idea of root for your party. But all creative work is only started after the craft studio has been chosen / selected to make the pieces of your party. No creative task is produced / developed prior to awarding the work to the studio.




I HAVE THIS THEME, THESE COLORS, THE DATE IS X, THE CHURCH AND I WANTED YOU TO SEND ME AN IDEA FOR THE FOLLOWING PARTS OF MY PARTY - INVITATIONS, MENUS, MISSALS, SEATING PLAN AND TABLES, BOOK OF HONOR, SOUVENIRS AND THE ALBUM OF PHOTOS ALL SENT TO MY EMAIL?


This is not done because the entire creative process is developed after the craft studio is selected to produce the pieces of your party. You can see how the style / type of work developed in the craft studio consulting the craft studio website, consulting the portfolios that are present in the site, as well as see photos of the latest works developed in the craft studio fan page on facebook . There is no development of the creative part from the craft studio before the craft studio is chosen / selected for the production of the pieces of your party.




THE PRICES IN PORTEFOLIOS ALREADY CONTEMPLATE PRINTING?


Yes, all prices include the creative part, the production part, the printing and all the finishes.




I’M NOT YET ABOUT THE NUMBER OF PIECES NECESSARY? HOW DO I MAKE A VALUE IDEA?


There is no problem, you have unit prices in the portfolios, you should already have an idea of how many guests will be at your party. Just do the bills at the unit price presented in portfolios multiplying by the amount you think you will need. And that way you already have an idea of what the value will be the production of the respective parts.




DOES IT POSSIBLE TO ADAPT ANY INVITATIONS ALREADY EXIST AT MY WEDDING?


Yes, if you like a portfolio invitation, you can adapt it to your day. You can also change the colors, some details, the color of the print and the text adapted to your style and your marriage.




I WANT TO MAKE INVITATIONS ONLY. IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IF YOU DO NOT ORDER THE REMAINING PARTS?


There is no problem. The parts and the number of copies ordered are for your consideration. If you want to order, only the invitations you can do it and the same applies to the other parts inherent to the party




I HAVE THE INVITATION ALREADY, BUT I WANT TO MAKE THE REMAINING PIECES FOLLOWING THE SAME IMAGE OF THE INVITATION. IT'S POSSIBLE?


No, the craft studio can pick up the general idea of the invitation in one or another detail of the invitation and create the remaining pieces from there. To use in full the ideas created by other companies is not practice of the craft studio.




I HAVE A DRAWING AND ILLUSTRATION TO USE IN MY INVITATION. CAN I GIVE YOU THE IMAGE TO PRINT, ONLY, PRINT?


No, the craft studio is not a print shop, it is dedicated to the development and creation of all the stationary inherent to a party and the subsequent production of it. We do not just make the printing.




HOW DOES PARTY PAYMENTS PROCESSED?


The payment is made in 2 or 3 times, it varies depending on the period of time between the beginning of work and the date of the party and / or the desire / wish of the client.

The first payment is always that of the award, and consists of 50% of the total value of the work awarded to the craft studio;

The remaining value can be done in two different ways ...

Option 1 - Its totality at the end of the production of the last awarded pieces and on delivery of the last pieces a few days before the date of the party;

Option 2 - If the client prefers (for budget management reasons) to make this payment in two phases, the first half-time between the date of the award and the date of the party, and the second one before delivery of the final pieces, on the days just before the party.




I HAVE AN IDEA OF THE QUANTITY OF PARTS THAT I NEED OF EACH PART, BUT IF I DO NOT ORDER THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF THE WORK, IS IT POSSIBLE?


Yes, because when you do the job award you pay 50% of an estimated value of the parts you want; and when the final accounts are made, the values are adjusted in relation to the quantities actually produced. The client is never harmed because, as there is a portion still to be paid at the end of the work, the accounts will be settled between what was initially awarded and what was actually produced




I DID NOT LIVE IN LISBON, BUT I WANTED THE CRAFT STUDIO TO DO THE WORK OF MY PARTY, IS THIS POSSIBLE?


Of course, there have already been many parties where the customer was in other areas of the country or even abroad and the studio did its work in the same way as if the customer were in Lisbon. The only difference is that every time parts are sent to the customer, the shipping costs are added, which are always paid by the customer (for more information on this subject please see the General FAQ page, please).




I WOULD YOU LIKE YOU TO SEND ME SAMPLES OF YOUR PARTS TO PARTIES?


This is not possible, because there are never enough units in relation to the quantity that are ordered by the customers. There is always another unit to stay in the craft studio portfolio. And no samples never been sent to costumers.




I'M IN LISBON, IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE A MEETING TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE WORK OF THE CRAFT STUDIO LIVE?


Yes, it is possible as long as the customer comes to the owner of the studio on a day, time and place to be agreed between the craft studio and the client. But the client must come to the craft studio zone (in the area of Avenidas Novas in Lisbon) and never in an area outside this area. Because of the explanation regarding the owner of the craft studio on the About Me page of the craft studio website.




I AWARD PARTS TO THE CRAFT STUDIO, BUT NOW I WANT TO CANCEL THE SAME, WHAT HAPPENS?


Cancellations occurring after presentation of the initial proposal / mockup will have the value of the award;

Cancellations after the approval of the final proof and before the beginning of the printing will have the value of the award;

Cancellations after printing start will be charged for all amounts in full.




I WILL AWARD THE WORK OF MY PARTY TO THE CRAFT STUDIO PARTY, HOW DO I HAVE ACCESS TO VARIOUS MODELS ALONG WORK?


All the models are sent to the client by email (in PDF format) and only enter into production phase after the client confirms and validates the final model (of each of the pieces), the confirmation must always be given in response to the email or in case of need of changes they must be requested in writing indicating the changes intended for the craft studio also by email




HOW LONG DOES THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EACH PIECE DEVICE WORK?


It depends if the first piece that is made is the invitation; there will be in the remaining parts a conductor which will connect all the parts awarded in a harmonious way. But the first models can take between 6 and 9 days (depending on case by case), between which the work was awarded and the first test / model that is sent to the client by email. The remaining pieces, as they will have a continuation of the first, in norm by each type of piece, between 4 to 6 days will be sent the initial models to the client, throughout the period that mediates the adjudication of the work and the final date of the party. There are cases, where the deadline is so short that one chooses to remit more and more than a mockup of each piece awarded. The models are always presented in PDF format and sent to the client by email. When the final model is approved by the client (this should send an email to inform to give the OK of the same by email) and only after receiving confirmation of the final model is that the parts are in production.




I ONLY INTEND THAT CRAFT STUDIO DEVELOPS THE SEATING PLAN AND THE TABLES BOARDS, HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CONTACT ATELIER?


You should contact as soon as possible, so that you can ensure that the idea is developed, and the parts thereof are idealized and after the approval of the model (s) by the customer there is enough time for their assembly. The ideal is to contact four weeks in advance, for the correct work unfold. With deadlines shorter than four weeks, there is an emergency fee of 40€ (forty euros) that goes up to the value of the seating plan and the tables boards. Changes can be made at the tables (names of the guests) up to a week before the event because there are always last minute changes at the guest tables and consequently in the Seating Plan. The changes can be made up to one week before the event, after that date, the craft studio is not responsible for the timely delivery of Seating Plan and Table Boards, since the production of the same has a certain period of time for its production, final assembly, printing and the realization of all finishes in the Seating Plan and in the Table Boards.




INFORMATION ON PRINTING AND THE REVISION OF THE TEXTS? WHAT HAPPENS?


The provision and revision of text is the sole responsibility of the client;

For pieces created from scratch a layout will be displayed that can be changed up to a maximum of 3 different versions / versions;

The proofs are sent via email (in PDF format) to the client. Your approval must be confirmed to the craft studio, also in writing by email;

After approval by the customer of the submitted models, in case of error checking, after printing, these are the total and exclusive responsibility of the customer. In the event of a new printing of the parts, new parts will be charged




IMAGE AND AUTHOR RIGHTS?


The rights of all illustrations and images belong to the craft studio;

There is the exception of the photographs given by the costumers, to be adapted or made root creations of the pieces by the craft studio and have no exclusivity with the client;

The payment of any piece produced by the craft studio (whether created from scratch or based on models of the Portfolios) does not imply the assignment of the rights by the craft studio to the customers;

In no case shall be assigned the editable files of the various pieces produced either for the customer or for uses by third parties.
